Congratulations to overall (best six) winners Todd Bennett and Alex Jospe. Todd edged out Andrew Baird, 94.95% to 94.07%, each by running just 7 races. In the women's results, Alex won overall by a substantial margin over Katya Divari with a score of 77.16% running only six races, the minimum for a series finish, having no spare races to drop.

On the Stonehead side, the competition for total points regardless of number of races run, Katya Divari got 699 points to win over Alex Jospe's 464 by running 12 races to Alex's 6. For the men, Andy Illidge won over Ted Cowles, 1193 to 1094 points. Andy ran 14 races, and Ted 16, the most this season of any Stonehead.

How the Series Works

Run as few or as many as you like. For each race, you get points proportional to your pace as a percentage of the winner's pace, with the winner getting 100 points, and, for example, a hypothetical runner at 75% of the winner's pace getting 75 points. Your best six races determine your final standing for the series. In addition, for the "Stonehead" competition, the points for all the races you run are summed. For Pisgah and Stone Cat, either race distance counts, for Wapack And Back it’s the 21.5 mile race, and for all other dual-distance races, the longer race is the Grand Tree Race.
